Wes Brown

Wes Brown is a British writer and former professional wrestler. Raised in Leeds, he is the son of a champion pro wrestler and briefly pursued a wrestling career himself. He earned a PhD in Narrative Non-Fiction from the University of Kent, where he developed his debut novel, Breaking Kayfabe, under the supervision of David Flusfeder. The novel, published by Bluemoose Books in May 2023, explores themes of masculinity and identity through the lens of professional wrestling.
