Michael Stewart
Michael Stewart was born and brought up in Salford and now lives in Bradford. He holds a PhD from the University of Huddersfield and works in higher education as the course leader of Creative Writing. He is also the editor-in-chief of Grist Books and a writer whose work spans novels, short stories, poetry and drama.
His debut novel King Crow was published by Bluemoose Books in 2011 and won Not the Booker Prize the same year.
