Returns & Refunds

At Bluemoose Books, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition.

  • Unless the book is faulty or sent in error, return postage costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
